Registration Procedure
The detailed registration procedure for authors and presenters can be found in the notification letter. For listeners, please contact the conference secretary by email. When you submit the registration materials, the conference secretary will contact you within 2 or 3 workdays to confirm your registration.
* Regular Registration Process
Step 1, Download and complete the Registration Form.
Step 2, Finish the payment of Registration fee. (The payment information can be found in Registration Form)
Step 3, Send your final papers (both doc and pdf format), filled registration form (doc format) and the scanned payment proof to conference e-mail box.

* On-site Registration
Step 1, Download and complete the Registration Form.
Step 2, Send your final papers (both doc and pdf format), filled registration form (doc format) to conference e-mail box.
Step 3, Make the payment at the on-site registration desk. (Cash, Unionpay Card and Credit card are acceptable)
Registration Fee
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment can be made in USD or CNY.

Payment Methods
The registration fee can be paid via bank transfer or online payment. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to registrants after the registration form is submitted. Please complete your registration and payment before the corresponding deadline to secure your participation.
Registration Notes
1. Each registration fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome banquet, and participation in all technical sessions.
2. For authors with multiple papers, each additional paper requires a separate registration.
3. If a paper exceeds the standard page limit (usually 5 pages), an additional page fee of 70 USD per page applies.
4. Student first authors must provide proof of full-time student status to qualify for the student rate.
5. HKSME/IEEE members must provide their membership number to qualify for the member rate.
6. All fees are non-refundable. For exceptional circumstances, please contact the conference secretary.
